This website introduces the planned Fnx Health service and lets adults join a founding list. These terms apply to this website and list, not to future clinical services.

What joining means

Joining the list is free. It asks us to contact you about launch and applications. It is not a membership, an appointment, a purchase, or a guarantee of admission. You do not need a payment card. Service availability, scope, eligibility, timing, and pricing will be explained before you decide whether to apply or buy anything.

Submit only your own contact details or details you are authorized to provide. Our privacy notice explains how we use them and how to request removal.

Health information and care

This site provides general information about a planned service. It does not provide personal medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Any future clinical care will require separate intake, consent, eligibility checks, and a qualified clinician. Do not start, stop, or change treatment based on this website. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your own health. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

The weekly brief shown here is an illustrative service example, not a real patient record or a promise of a particular health outcome. Planned features and services may change before launch. We will explain material changes before asking you to make a commitment.

Using the site

Do not submit spam, impersonate someone, try to access private systems, or interfere with the website. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. A failed or timed-out signup is not confirmation that you joined; you can retry using the same email address.
