Waitlist privacy notice

Fnx Health operates fnxhealth.com. This notice covers our prelaunch website and founding list. It does not cover a patient portal, medical records, or clinical care.
What we collect
When you join the list, we save your email address, your first name if you provide it, the signup date, the source of the signup, and the version of this notice shown to you. Your first name is optional.
Our hosting service also receives technical connection information, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add those details to your waitlist record.
Do not submit health information, lab results, insurance details, or payment information through the waitlist or our contact email.
How we use your details
We use your details to maintain the founding list, send updates about the Fnx Health launch and application process, and respond to your requests. Joining is a request for those emails. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell waitlist details or use them for advertising audiences. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Saving your signup does not send an automatic confirmation email.
Where the information goes
Waitlist records are stored on our Hostinger server in the United States, with backup copies for recovery. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the list and website. Hostinger provides hosting and backup infrastructure. If you email our Gmail contact address, Google processes that correspondence as our email provider.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law. We will update this notice if our data uses or providers change.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records have no fixed automatic expiry. We keep them until you ask us to delete them or we decide they are no longer needed for the list. We also keep recovery backups; the hosting provider replaces its older backups on its own schedule.
When we act on a deletion request, we remove the record from the active list and the application backups we control. A copy may remain in a restricted hosting-provider backup until that backup is replaced. If we restore a backup, we must reapply deletion requests before using the restored list.
Your choices and requests
Email fnxhealthllc@gmail.com to stop updates, correct your details, request a copy, or ask for deletion. Where possible, write from the address you used to join. We may ask for information needed to verify the request, but do not send identity documents or medical records unless we have agreed on an appropriate way to receive them.
About this prelaunch site
The founding list is intended for adults. It does not create a care relationship or a member account. If a child has submitted details, contact us so we can remove them.
We use access controls and backups to protect the list, but no website or storage system can guarantee complete security. We will keep this notice current as the service develops.
